Fosters

Meet all of GEAR’s Foster Program Graduates (2019-2021)

Stan & Ollie were GEAR’s first foster kittens! They both had eye issues when they were initially rescued however neither ended up having to have any surgical intervention! It was certainly hard not to foster fail this adorable duo as they were so much fun! Both kitties found loving forever homes through Cincinnati Cats!
The Office Litter! These 7 beautiful kittens were equally sweet as they were playful. All were quickly adopted through Ohio Alleycat Resource just days after they returned to the rescue from our foster care!
Joe was our first adult foster cat and he did not disappoint! He was super friendly and outgoing, loved playing, and was a joy to foster. He was adopted into a wonderful forever home with 2 other rescue cats through Cincinnati Cats!
Nick was our 2nd young adult foster cat and he was one of the sweetest cats we’ve ever met! He was a bit shy and tentative but once he was comfortable with us he would run out of hiding for snuggles & belly rubs! Nick was FIV+ but that didn’t stop him from finding a wonderful, patient & loving home in just a few weeks through Cincinnati Cats!
Squirrel was found in the woods as a young kitten with very badly infected eyes. Due to the infection, she had to have her eyes removed, however, no eyesight does not slow this sweet, playful, and loving girl down! She has since been adopted into an incredible forever home with Beef!
Beatrice (BeBe) had a rough start to life so it took this sweet girl several months to become comfortable in her first foster home. Thanks to their hard work after only a handful of days BeBe was comfortable with us here at Animal Rescue Talk so we knew she’d be able to transition to a loving forever home. Once her adoption profile was listed through Cincinnati Cats it didn’t take long for BeBe to find her perfect match!
Beef was feral (afraid of humans) when he was first rescued however after just a handful of weeks of love he became more and more comfortable around humans of all ages! He is a playful, wild man, who loves to be held and pet too! He has since been adopted, through Cincinnati Cats, into the same incredible home as Squirrel!
Momma Carabella and her 5 beautiful babies were found outside by animal-loving ladies. They called for rescue help and in turn, we were notified and we didn’t hesitate to take in this sweet, shy family. Luckily, Cincinnati Cats stepped up to help with their medical costs, food, and adoption applications. Momma Carabella went to an incredibly patient home with 2 of her boys Moose & Bear. And amazingly enough, just a few weeks later the remaining 3 kittens, Lionness, Tigress, & Rhino, were also all adopted together in their perfect forever home!
